How to Prepare & Drink EI8HT:

  1. Tear open the top of the sachet completely.

  2. Pour the contents into a bottle containing approximately 200ml of plain water.

  3. Ensure the bottle has some headspace—around 1/3 of the total bottle volume. This space is essential as the friction between the water and the formula in this headspace activates the micro-bubbles.

  4. Close the bottle, shake well, and enjoy!
