Huge delay in delivery

Really good product I was dubious at first but after trying the red tab with caffeine at 8km of a 10km tempo run really does give you a lift will definitely be buying more

I honestly can’t recommend EI8HT by Avrox products enough!

I have used a number of different gels and caffeine products for weight training, and find these both easy take, and whilst the effect isn't immediate you do start to feel it gradually within a few minutes and then it is consistent over quite a while.

I personally had a drink with the gel, but the taste is quite nice.

Buying the bundle makes this product cost effective and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something to assist your training, especially if like me you train after a long day at work.

This is in my arsenal for races and big sessions. What a product!!! I’ve tried lots of ergogenic aids in the past but this you really do feel that little bit more efficient. Would highly recommend!!

I’ve been a long-distance runner for years and have done everything from marathons to ultras, so I’ve tried more gels than I can remember! After having pneumonia at the start of 2025, I’m finally back training properly and am now preparing for a marathon and two ultras — and genuinely feeling stronger than I ever have.

I’ve been using the AVROX Oxygen Gel just before I set off and then again later into my long runs, alongside my usual fuelling. I was sceptical at first because I’ve tried plenty of products over the years that promise the world, but I genuinely notice a difference with this.

For me, it’s that I don’t seem to get the horrible late-run drop-off. I just feel like I’ve still got something left in the tank when the miles start adding up.

It’s now firmly part of my long-run routine and will definitely be coming with me as the training ramps up for the marathon and ultras. Really looking forward to seeing what it can do over the bigger distances.

As a professional cyclists, I use the AVROX sachets during my training and races.
They're really easy to consume, I personally dont mix them with water, I take them straight from the sachet and I like the quite sour taste.

I definitely feel the effect during my intervals and in the races. I take another one every 1.5hours in races.

And the magnesium one before bed if I have a hard race or training the following day.

This actually makes you relax and go into a deeper sleep and is really good for after a training day recover faster

I use all three sachets. They have been a game changer for me as an ‘older’ athlete. I sleep so soundly with the recovery sachets and the caffiene sachets are a must for the harder sessions or races. I also use the non caffiene sachets post session or during long sessions.
I’d never be without them now!

I have used this product in two different ways and had great success with both. Using it 15 mins pre workout and also putting a sachet into my water bottle on the bike. Very happy with how strong I’ve felt each time I’ve used this.
